Happy Birthday 2 You! Grant's Second Birthday

Today was Grant's two-year birthday! If he keeps doubling in age like this we will be through college in no time. We had a red wagon themed birthday for Grant on Sunday and it was a blast. Friends attended and brought their kids which gave Grant a chance to hang out with other kids. Rebecca did an amazing job of sewing all of the decorations by hand and brightening the house with them before the party. We have been opening one new present each day which keeps Grant excited throughout the week.

Road Trip!

The Fam took a road trip to Munds Park, Az over the July 4th weekend. The main attraction of our trip was Bearazona, a drive-thru zoo and wild animal park. As this was Grant's first time seeing a real bear, when we asked "What do bears do, Grant?" he replied, "Hug!"

Thanks so much to Jeremy, Bree, and Carter for being our guide over the weekend and introducing all of us to the area.

We finished the road trip with a four mile hike up to Creseline Peak to look out over the area. Grant caught up on sleep until we reached the top.
